Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Event Coordinator based in Denpasar. The Project Event Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations from inception to completion. Daily tasks include managing event timelines, liaising with clients, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role will also involve contributing to the sales process to acquire new clients and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients and vendors professionally
• Experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and expand client relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and problem-solving mindset to address challenges during event execution
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with event planning tools and software is an advantage
• Previous experience in the event industry or similar roles is strongly preferred
