We are Hiring Project Based - Project Engineering
Job Description
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure engineering deliverables are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitor engineering progress, manage technical queries (TQs), site queries, and engineering changes, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
- Monitor engineering contractor performance and support the achievement of project HSE, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Collaborate with Project Controls to support engineering progress reporting, forecasting, risk management, and recovery planning.
- Provide engineering support during construction and commissioning phases while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in engineering/project execution, preferably in EPC/EPCI projects within the oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of engineering coordination, multidisciplinary integration, contractor management, interface management, and project controls.
- Familiarity with technical query management, engineering change management, and engineering risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
