Project Execution & Governance – Lead end-to-end project execution by translating approved scope, budget, and timelines into structured delivery plans, while establishing governance frameworks, monitoring critical milestones, managing risks, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Contractor, OEM & Vendor Management – Manage and coordinate EPCs, OEMs, contractors, and technical vendors throughout installation and commissioning activities by overseeing performance, resolving technical and commercial issues, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and controlling project changes and claims effectively.
Installation, Commissioning & Startup – Oversee equipment installation, mechanical and electrical completion, testing, validation, commissioning, and startup activities to ensure operational readiness, stable system performance, and smooth transition into production operations.
Relocation & Capacity Expansion Execution – Lead production line relocation, equipment transfer, decommissioning, reinstallation, and capacity enhancement projects while maintaining operational continuity, minimizing downtime, and coordinating shutdown-to-restart activities across affected sites.
Operational Readiness, Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure all operational readiness requirements, technical documentation, SOPs, training, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation actions are fully completed before project handover to the manufacturing or operations team.
Financial Control, Reporting & Team Leadership – Drive project financial control and execution reporting by monitoring budgets, tracking project spending and risks, supporting financial forecasting, while simultaneously leading and developing cross-functional project teams to promote disciplined and high-performance execution culture.
Requirements
Hold a Master degree or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related disciplines.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management within manufacturing industries, with food & beverage manufacturing experience considered a strong advantage.
Proven experience in leading capital projects, equipment installation, commissioning, production line expansion, relocation, and operational startup activities.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, utilities, safety standards, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices within industrial operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors/vendors, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, reporting, budgeting, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be based and work in Majalengka, West Java.
