Job Description:
- Lead and manage Data Center engineering projects, including new builds, expansions, upgrades, and infrastructure renewal initiatives.
- Serve as the Electrical Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing engineering design reviews and ensuring compliance with Data Center industry standards and best practices.
- Manage project execution, commissioning activities, and integrated system testing to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to evaluate technical solutions, equipment selection, project risks, and construction quality.
- Drive sustainability, maintainability, and continuous improvement initiatives, including energy-efficient and green Data Center practices.
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Center engineering, construction, commissioning, or project management, with mandatory Data Center experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP infrastructure, commissioning, and critical facility design standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE).
- Proven experience managing engineering projects and coordinating consultants, contractors, and vendors in mission-critical environments.
- Conversational English is required; project management and professional engineering certifications are an advantage
