Job Description

Responsible for managing projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, according to technical specifications, quality standards, and HSSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, QA/QC, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, quality, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, HSSE requirements, and Permit to Work procedures.
  • Manage project risks, delays, changes, claims, and contract matters.
  • Coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, set targets, and monitor team performance.
  • Manage testing, commissioning, handover, punch list, and project close-out documentation.
  • Provide regular project progress reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing project schedule, budget, quality, HSSE, and contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and contract management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
