• Recognized Diploma or Degree in a related field of study.

• Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in the local construction engineering industry, including manufacturing plant construction and data centre fit-out works.

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and be target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, project members, and managers at all levels.

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Site preparation and coordination, preparation of submission documents.

• Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders, including customers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors on site to ensure project requirements are met.

• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems.

• Conduct site visits to monitor the installation and progress of mechanical systems.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

• Prepare and create detailed work schedules, manpower, and resource planning.

• Select appropriate materials and equipment for mechanical systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.

• Understand engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design.

• Coordinate the safety management system on site.

• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Follow up and report on project progress.

• Perform all other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
