Project Engineer Internship

Indonesia Defence Services Group is looking for motivated and curious engineering students or fresh graduates to join us as Project Engineer Interns in our Aviation, Maritime & Electrical sector. This internship program is designed to provide real-world exposure to engineering projects, production processes, and operational activities within a dynamic industry.

You'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced engineers, and get a closer look at how engineering projects are executed from start to finish.

What You'll Learn & Experience:

• Support engineering and production-related projects from initial planning to execution
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams, and other stakeholders
• Help prepare technical documents, and project reports
• Participate in installation, testing, commissioning, and site-related activities
• Provide day-to-day support to engineering and production teams

Who We're Looking For:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Aerospace, Naval Architecture/Maritime, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Graduates from overseas universities are preferred
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and principles
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to solve complex problems
