Project Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure details and specifications in Furniture, Architectural, and MEP shop drawings are aligned with the BoQ.
• Prepare and manage the material approval process with the client.
• Take responsibility for procurement negotiations for furniture items, light civil works, and MEP works.
• Ensure the Purchase Order process complies with company standards and is cost-efficient
• Maintain and control overall project operational costs.
• Ensure construction projects are delivered according to the approved timeline.

Skills

• Have detailed knowledge regarding furniture, interior & civil specifications.
• Master Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Autocad 2D & Sketch Up.
• Details in the QC&QA process, working drawings & furniture production process.

Minimum Qualifications

• S1 Architect/Interior Design/Civil Engineering.
• Min. 1 year experience in construction projects as site engineer/estimator/procurement.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
• Exellence in administrative and reports.
• Fast pace work.
