Project Engineer

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Role

• Directly assist PM as per assigned projects and fully support the project needs and overall requirements.
• Coordinate with Production members to ensure delivery schedule and KPI output targets are being met and highlighting any bottlenecks in the process.
• Prepare specific project documentation such as BOM, JIS, PL, etc.
• Progress report and monitor plan vs actual.
• Coordinate with Technical, QC and Document Control members to ensure all documentation, procedure, drawings, engineering documents and any other related documents are prepared and approved in line with company standard and procedure.
• Be commercially aware of the project budget and look to reduce costs where possible.
• Attend client meetings and deputize if required if the event the PM is absent.
• Assist and provide suggestions to help improve current systems and project management systems and methods across all projects.
• Participate in document preparation and documentation review for Project documentation as required by the PM.
• Perform any jobs assigned by superior.
• Comply with existing safety and health regulation (wear all PPE as required by superior).
• Comply with Quality Management System, OHSAS and other systems required by Company.

Academic Background

Minimum: Bachelor Degree / Diploma 3 from engineering background.

Knowledge/Course

• Business Acumen
• Quality and Safety.
• Understands Integrated Management System
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English both written and spoken.
• Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
• Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.

• Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
• Specific competency refer to Department/Unit/Division
• Digital application understanding and operating ability.
• Other technical skill and knowledge based on the job requirement as per competency matrix.
