Acts as the key customer interface to the customer for important meeting report and project-related issues. Manage customer expectations, maintain customer liaison to ensure a smooth handling of issues as they might arise, responsible for customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects,realizing master project plan, project progress controlling and reporting (Daily / Weekly based).
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed satisfactorily. Ensure any variation to the project scope is clearly recognized, clarified and approved. Obtain customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion.
Resources and tools management, team performance management and personnel evaluation.
Develop project budget and get approval. Ensure that project is executed within the approved budget and on time (milestones). Take preventive and corrective actions when necessary. Project cost management.
Manage project reviews and lessons learns.
Job Requirements:
Have project director work experiences (project scale should be more than 2000+ sites) and minimum of 15 years experience within the industry.ZTE/Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia work experiences are preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Can communicate with C-Level customers and maintain the relationship with customers.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor Degree or higher education in Computer technology /Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
