About the Role

The Project Director will provide overall accountability for project scope, benefits, quality, resources, strategic decisions, major dependencies, formal acceptance, and transition to BAU.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide executive accountability for the overall FBB Network Optimization Program.
2. Govern project scope, benefits, quality, resources, and delivery priorities.
3. Lead steering-level decisions and escalation.
4. Manage critical project dependencies and risks.
5. Ensure alignment between technical, operational, commercial, and project stakeholders.
6. Oversee formal project acceptance and BAU handover.
7. Coordinate Project Management, Solution, Core, Access, Data, Deployment, and Implementation functions.
8. Ensure project governance and delivery standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years leading multidomain or multicity programs.
• Experience in telecommunications, ISP, FBB, network transformation, or network optimization projects.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability.
• Able to manage complex technical and organizational dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale telecom/network optimization programs.
• Strong understanding of FBB and multi-domain network environments.
