Project Development

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Software Development team to ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, and timeline targets
• Define technology direction, architecture, and development roadmap aligned with business needs
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, code review, testing, security, performance, and reliability practices
• Oversee software development processes based on SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Collaborate with PMO, Business, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Management teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technology solutions
• Lead recruitment, coaching, career development, performance management, and KPI evaluation for the development team
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, technology, and team capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in Software/Application Development
• 3–5 years of experience leading Software Development teams
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture, API, Microservices, Database, System Integration, Cloud/Container, and Security
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps/DevSecOps
• Experience in managing software delivery and working closely with PMO
• Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, career development, performance management, and KPI setting
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
