Green Microgrid Solutions Development Manager
Work Location: Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop microgrid projects for scenarios such as industrial parks, mining plants, remote islands, and border outposts.
- Establish cooperative relationships with governments, power operators, park developers, and energy service companies to promote microgrid project implementation.
- Collaborate with teams to provide integrated Generation-Grid-Load-Storage solutions (incorporating PV, wind power, energy storage, EMS, etc.) for microgrid scenarios.
- Explore innovative business models such as Microgrid + Multi-energy Complementarity and Microgrid + Virtual Power Plants.
- Quickly identify key industry decision-makers, build trust, and design effective customer visit and proposal strategies.
- Familiar with overseas project development processes (including project approval, due diligence, feasibility studies, tendering, etc.). Able to coordinate internal company resources to drive projects from development to implementation, possessing risk identification and response capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Systems, Energy Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in microgrid, solar-plus-storage, or solar PV project development.
- Partnership Resources: Possess customer resources in areas such as industrial parks, island development, border defense construction, and major power operators in various countries.
- Core Competencies: Familiar with the basic principles and system configuration of microgrids, understanding key system parameters and economic indicators.
- Cross-cultural Communication: Business communication skills in English or other target market languages. Understanding of business cultures and cooperation models in different countries, enabling effective collaboration with international clients and partners.
