PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a Project Development Finance Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial review, analysis, and control processes for all ongoing projects. This position ensures that budget allocation, financial utilization, and reporting are carried out accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Responsibilites :
Project Planning & Budgeting
- Assist in preparing project development budgets.
- Conduct cost estimation and financial analysis for both new and ongoing projects.
- Prepare cash flow projections to support project continuity.
Financial Monitoring & Control
- Monitor project budget realization against approved allocations.
- Prepare periodic project financial reports for management review.
Administration & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation of project financial records.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal policies, and applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams regarding project reports.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaborate with related teams in managing project finances.
- Provide data and reports to support management and stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, budgeting, or project finance.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
- Respectful and adaptable in working with a multicultural workforce at various educational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively under deadlines
