Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in KWH Meter, Smart Meter, AMI, electrical equipment, or PLN-related projects.
- Strong end-to-end KWH Meter project knowledge: certification/PUSERTIF → tender → product testing → production → delivery → customer acceptance.
- Strong technical and operational understanding of KWH Meter products, production, quality, testing, certification, and delivery processes.
- Proven experience handling PLN projects, including PLN technical requirements, tendering, testing, inspection, and acceptance processes.
- Strong experience coordinating with PLN, PUSERTIF, certification bodies, testing institutions, and customers.
- Strong existing professional network/relationship with PLN is highly preferred.
- Strong project execution, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end KWH Meter project delivery
- Drive product certification, testing, and technical compliance, ensuring KWH Meter products meet PLN specifications, applicable standards, PUSERTIF requirements, and customer requirements.
- Oversee production and operational readiness, including material availability, production progress, quality issues, technical problem-solving, and corrective actions
- Coordinate PLN tender and project requirements, providing technical and operational input while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with PLN and relevant external parties.
- Monitor project risks, performance, documentation, and closure, proactively resolving delivery issues and ensuring complete acceptance documentation and payment
