About the Opportunity

A leading Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) company is seeking an experienced Project Planner and Risk Engineer to support major offshore and subsea energy projects across Indonesia.

The successful candidate will work closely with project controls, engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure accurate cost management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project cost control and financial monitoring activities across offshore and subsea projects
• Prepare and maintain project cost reports, forecasts and performance analysis
• Monitor project expenditures, commitments and budget tracking
• Support cost estimating, forecasting and variance analysis activities
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress measurement and reporting
• Assist with project planning integration and cost performance reviews
• Support EPCIC project execution through effective financial tracking and controls
• Prepare management presentations, dashboards and reporting documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders on project cost performance
• Ensure project control data and reporting systems remain accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction, Finance or Business
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil and gas industry
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting subsea facilities projects
• Previous experience in project cost estimating and cost control within a major oil and gas operator or contractor environment
• Strong understanding of EPCIC project workflows and execution
• Previous experience in a similar project cost control position
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Strong experience in project tracking, forecasting and progress measurement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP and project management software
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills
