Project Coordinator

• You will be responsible to coordinate projects activity to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the agreed specifications, time table, quality and cost since beginning of project up to hand over to Customer.
• Supervise installation activity and ensure that process and result of installation, testing and commissioning are accordance with company standard
• Coordinating with Owner/Construction Management/Main Contractor/Other party to ensure that activity is on the track of time line, quality and safety
• Review project activity and develop new plan to achieve target of completion as agreed by authorities on project
• You will report to the Project manager
• Other tasks and duties which may be given by your Superior

Requirements:

• D3 Polytechnic–Mechanical Background from reputable university
• GPA min. 3.00
• Experience on elevator/mechanical Installation for 3 years
• Passive English is minimum requirement
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project 2007)
• Discipline and well organized
• Hard worker, able to work under pressure
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to supervise subordinates
• Poses time management skills
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
