Wahana Visi Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to work and collaborate to empower the most vulnerable children, family and community through community development, advocacy, and emergency response for sustainable transformation regardless of religion, race, ethnic or gender.

Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the Project Coordinator SEEDS 2 Project position is to ensure the overall management of the project in order to achieve its main goals: Improved developmental outcomes for children 3 6 years in target communities through quality early childhood development (ECD) programmes. These goals will be accomplished through Increasing quality of ECD center (reading camp) for 3-6 children's development, assisting Parents/primary caregiver to provide nurturing care to support children development, and advocating government to prioritize children's resilience for future challenges in government policies.
This position is contingent upon donor approval.
Strategy Development & Planning
- Develop specific strategy for program implementation in order to meet organization or donor standard and government policy
- Support Data/Information related project in targeted area context for strategy development and planning.
Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement/Project Management
- Work together with AP Manager to ensure the project complies with all the requirements mandated by the donor.
- Work together with AP Manager and technical specialist to develop proposal for extension funding opportunities or project scale-up.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficent use of resources
Capacity Building/ Technical works
- Coordinate with government agencies, partners, and communities to support program implementation and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Assess the community's financial capacity and access to financing for WASH-related initiatives.
- Conduct surveys and community reviews to evaluate understanding of child nutrition and commonly used information channels.
- Create a community learning environment that includes children and marginalized groups, and encourage experience-sharing to build confidence and strengthen local capacity.
Accountability & Quality Assurance
- To ensure that program implementation meets organization and donor standard.
- To provide feedback for program plan using review tools to ensure the integration with other AP programs and children and community participation.
- Support achievement of standard quality of program
- To submit monthly reports on agreed date that contains narrative and tracking table and analysis of the achievement
- To make sure the project activities are implemented according to business process / mechanism and ensure AP's BP / mechanism is amended when needed.
- Contribute on Semi Annual and Annual Report writing
Networking & Coordination
- Communicate effectively Wahana Visi Indonesia identity, mission, vision, values and our approach to work in ways that are contextually appropriate and clear.
- Develop linkages/networks and dynamic relationships with all stakeholder that related with project implementation at AP level.
- Coordinate and consult with AP Manager in terms of sharing of task in delivering support to AP, technical review and development of concept, and annual plan consolidation.
- Coordinate with IT to maintain and improve program/project monitoring system.
Management & Leadership
- Submits periodical/ monthly accomplishment report
- Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department
- Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.
- Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.
- Manage all risks related to SEEDS Project according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.

Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Public Health and other relevant fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Coordinator
- Experienced in managing Project Officers
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and in English communication is highly valuable, or equal with TOEFL Score 450
- Ability to move freely, both indoors and outdoors, to conduct site visits, meetings, and other activities related to the job responsibilities.
- Awareness and commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, considering the demanding nature of travel and fieldwork.
- Thorough understanding of community engagement programs.
- Skilled in using MS Teams, Zoom, e-mail and other applications.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and facilitation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
