End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle for IT/Telco solutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients (e.g., MNOs, Infrastructure providers)
Planning & Governance: Define project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall milestones as required
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks to prevent project delays
Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between technical teams (Developers, Architects, QA) and business units to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations specific to the Telco industry
Person Specifications
Experience:
Middle: 3–5 years of IT Project Management experience
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Telecommunication domains (e.g., BSS/OSS, Digital Apps, 5G, IoT, VAS, or Core Network infrastructure)
Frameworks: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Tools: Expert-level use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Trello
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Immediate joiners are preferable
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is a strong advantage
Technical Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or Network Engineer is highly valued
