Job Description

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Project Coordinator based in Bali who can manage and coordinate a wide range of digital and technology projects, including digital marketing campaigns, website development, mobile app development, software projects, automation, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for keeping projects organized, ensuring timelines are followed, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and making sure project goals are delivered with quality and measurable outcomes.
  • This role is ideal for someone who understands both digital marketing and IT project delivery and can confidently manage communication, tasks, deadlines, and reporting across multiple projects.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables across IT, software, web, mobile app, and digital marketing projects.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects, including websites, mobile apps, CRM systems, automation tools, software platforms, and marketing technology solutions.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and campaign reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, marketers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Track project progress using project management tools and ensure all tasks are updated, assigned, followed up, and completed on time.
  • Prepare regular project status updates, campaign performance reports, KPI summaries, and progress reports for clients and management.
  • Organize and lead team check-ins, client update meetings, sprint planning sessions, and task review meetings.
  • Identify project risks, delays, blockers, or scope changes early and escalate them to the relevant team members or management.
  • Assist in gathering project requirements from clients nd translating them into clear tasks for developers, designers, marketers, and content teams.
  • Support budget tracking, resource allocation, project documentation, and administrative coordination. 
  • Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and professional standards across websites, apps, campaigns, content, and other digital deliverables.
  • Support testing, feedback collection, and coordination during website, software, and mobile app development projects.
  • Help improve internal workflows, project management processes, and digital delivery systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, IT project management, website/app project coordination, or digital transformation support.
  • Basic understanding of website development, mobile app development, software projects, CRM systems, automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience coordinating digital marketing activities such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Search Console, CRM platforms, or similar digital tools.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and teams at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between clients, developers, designers, marketers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Good understanding of project timelines, task tracking, documentation, reporting, and follow-up processes. 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work well under deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience working with international clients or remote/distributed teams is an advantage.
  • Preferably based in Bali, Indonesia.
