Role Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a central operational role in the Dubbing Division, ensuring that projects move seamlessly from pre-production through final delivery. Working closely with the Dubbing Project Manager, Dubbing Manager, and Managing Director, you will coordinate talent, documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day coordination of dubbing projects from initiation to final delivery
  • Align recording schedules with production timelines and talent availability
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, voice directors, talents, freelancers, and clients
  • Prepare and manage all project-related documentation and administrative processes
  • Support casting coordination and maintain organized voice sample libraries
  • Monitor workflow progress and proactively mitigate scheduling risks
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation, payment tracking, and reporting

Profile

  • 12 years of experience in project coordination or production administration
  • Familiarity with project management systems
  • Professional-level English communication skills
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
  • Calm and solutions-oriented under tight deadlines
  • Flexible with occasional evening/weekend production schedules
