Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in managing cross-functional projects across Evolene and its subsidiary brands.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand-related initiatives.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, task tracking, and execution plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales) and external agencies/vendors.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clear, structured updates to the GM.
  • Help manage agency/vendors workflows, deliverables, and revisions.
  • Maintain organized documentation including briefs, timelines, and reports.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and suggest practical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 13 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or agency environment.
  • Experience working with creative/digital/event agencies is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaign flow and content production process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
