Role Description
We're looking for an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to help keep our campaigns, projects, and team running smoothly. You don't need to have done this at scale before — but you need to be sharp, reliable, and genuinely enjoy making things work.
This role is built for someone who's early in their career and ready to own real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day project timelines across multiple campaigns and internal tasks
- Keep team members aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain project trackers, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Follow up on tasks and flag blockers before they become problems
- Support scheduling, meeting notes, and internal communications
- Help onboard new processes as the team grows
- Communicate in Arabic with relevant stakeholders, partners, or clients when needed
Who You Are
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker, based in Indonesia
- 1–2 years of experience in coordination, admin, or a related role (internships count)
- Highly organized — you're the person who notices when something will go wrong before it does
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Good communicator in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Eager to learn, grow, and take on more over time
- Background in marketing, communications, or business is a nice bonus
