Job Description
Role Purpose
The Project Coordination & Compliance Intern will provide administrative support for project coordination, compliance documentation, audit readiness, and project administration under the supervision of the PM team. This role supports the proper maintenance, monitoring, and follow-up of project and compliance-related documents.
Job Description
- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of compliance documents and audit evidence.
- Assist in updating audit findings, compliance trackers, action items, and follow-up status.
- Support documentation preparation for internal, certification, client, and vendor audits.
- Help maintain project records, including agreements, addendums, PO/SPK, BAST, UAT, MoM, timelines, trackers, and other supporting documents.
- Assist in tracking the review, approval, signing, delivery, and filing status of PKS and other project documents.
- Support the tracking of invoice supporting documents to minimize delays in the invoicing process.
- Support documentation and administrative coordination for pre-sales, due diligence, and POC activities.
- Assist with administrative follow-ups involving internal teams and external parties under the direction of the PM team.
- Prepare simple trackers, summaries, and progress updates for internal monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in managing documents, data, and trackers.
- Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to demonstrate a professional attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to conduct follow-ups professionally.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Lark, or similar administrative tools.
- Basic knowledge of project coordination, audit, compliance, or document control is an advantage.
