What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for ensuring that the project runs in accordance with the approved plan, budget, and timeline.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience as a Project Control professional in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Proven experience using Primavera software for schedule control, resource planning, and tracking project activity durations.
- Experience in analyzing potential project delays caused by material shortages, manpower issues, or performance factors, and assessing their impact on the overall schedule while providing mitigation recommendations.
- Capable of preparing Level-4 or Level-5 schedules and monitoring CPM schedules to identify required resources and timelines for project completion.
- Strong ability to perform sensitivity analysis on CPM schedules to identify potential delay areas and determine necessary corrective actions.
- Able to maintain effective working relationships between OWNER and CONTRACTOR, and coordinate EPCC activities in line with project schedules.
- Skilled in schedule quality management and man-hour monitoring from Engineering through Mechanical Completion and Operational Acceptance, ensuring high quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
