Job Descriptions :
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized scheduling software.
- Create comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget allocations.
- Prepare project proposals, including accurate cost estimations and timeline forecasts.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial forecasting, and regular financial reporting.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experiences as a Project Control, preferably in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry
- Strong knowledge of project management and quality control
- Proficient in budgeting, engineering, and construction
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in Japanese is an advantage
- Willing to travel for business
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta or project site if required
