We are looking for a
Project Control Manager to support the delivery of the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Project, ensuring high standards of project execution across HSE, quality, schedule, and cost. This role oversees project control activities throughout the full project lifecycle; from FEED and EPC through to Provisional Acceptance and handover to Operations, driving strong performance in planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & energy industry, with strong exposure to project control and EPC projects (refinery or petrochemical preferred).
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling, progress reporting, cost control, and change management.
- Hands-on experience with project control and ERP tools such as Primavera, MS Project, SAP, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting EPC bidding and tender evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with SMK3 and SML (HSE and environmental compliance) standards.
- Willingness to work in a site-based environment with occasional travel.
Job Description:
- Establish and manage project control systems and procedures covering schedule, cost, progress, risk, and document control.
- Coordinate with licensors, FEED, and EPC contractors to align reporting, progress measurement, and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, progress tracking, forecasts, and dashboards (plan vs actual vs forecast).
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, contingency, and change management.
- Support EPC tendering activities, including bid coordination and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain a project risk register, facilitate risk workshops, and drive mitigation actions. Risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including SMK3 and SML standards.
- Support project close-out activities, including end-of-project reports and lessons learned.
