Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation
Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and success metrics for new initiatives
Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to evaluate and improve existing business processes
Identify functional, regulatory, and technical gaps, and initiate projects to address these gaps
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project rollout and alignment
Facilitate and lead meetings stakeholders, sponsors, and project team members
Influence stakeholders to drive decisions and maintain project momentum

Requirements

4-6 years of experience as a Project Management, with strong stakeholder management exposure
Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability
Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment
