Job Description

  • Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and success metrics for new initiatives
  • Apply qualitative research and quantitative analysis to evaluate and improve existing business processes
  • Identify functional, regulatory, and technical gaps, and initiate projects to address these gaps
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project rollout and alignment
  • Facilitate and lead meetings stakeholders, sponsors, and project team members
  • Influence stakeholders to drive decisions and maintain project momentum

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Project Management, with strong stakeholder management exposure
  • Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability
  • Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment
