Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Analyst based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to evaluate and improve business processes. Key tasks include conducting research, creating business reports, and facilitating communication between teams. The role also involves supporting organizational decision-making by providing analytical insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding Business Process workflows
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in defining and documenting Business Requirements
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with IT solutions in aviation or transportation sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant business analysis tools and software
