Job Description
- Work alongside Sr. Project Associate throughout project phases and clinical trials including initiation, design, execution, and completion of research projects.
- Collaborate with Sr. Project Associate in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist expenses monitoring of each Research and Development team to ensure alignment with other departments.
- Manage and maintain the organization and neatness of the Research and Development archive, ensuring proper foldering, version control, and easy accessibility of project documentation.
- Co-manage reimbursable invoices reconciliation process and purchase requests.
- Engage and collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the effective and efficient completion of Research and Development projects.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, including contributing creative ideas and supporting the development of product packaging.
- Bachelor's degree Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Research and Development, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana) is considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential and a proactive attitude toward taking ownership of tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Agile and adaptable mindset to manage shifting priorities and dynamic project needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Organized, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
