About Our Client
We are currently representing one of our client, a developer company who is expanding their business in Luxury Hospitality in Bali
Job Description
- Develop and coordinate architectural drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with project design intent, hospitality brand requirements, and local regulations
- Coordinate drawing packages with Interior Design, Landscape, Structural, and MEP consultants
- Review consultant drawings and identify design conflicts or coordination issues
- Prepare and manage architectural material specifications and finishing schedules
- Evaluate and review material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all architectural documentation
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to architectural works
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-up installations
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural experience with portfolio in luxury hospitality, resort, villa, or high-end mixed-use projects
- Advanced proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and construction practices
- Fluency in English
- Willing to be based in Bali
