We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Project & Design Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outlet layout drawings based on briefs provided by the Supervisor or Manager
- Prepare shop drawings and revise them according to on-site conditions
- Conduct site surveys, including measurements and initial documentation
- Organize and manage design files in a structured and systematic manner
- Assist in creating simple 2D/3D visualizations for presentation purposes
- Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
- Coordinate with mall fit-out teams, vendors, and contractors
- Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design
- 1–3 years of experience in project design, interior design, or architecture, preferably in retail/F&B fit-out projects
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong design portfolio
- Proficient in design software: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp / 3ds Max or similar (preferred)
- Able to produce working drawings, as-built drawings, and design revisions based on site conditions
- Understanding of F&B outlet fit-out processes is a plus
- Strong coordination skills with vendors and contractors
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly meticulous
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Open to feedback and capable of revising designs accordingly
- Willing to conduct site visits to outlets or project locations
- Responsible, disciplined, and adaptable to project changes
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
