Project Activation Supervisor

Job Description :

• Manage end-to-end activation projects (as assigned) and events across Bali.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, event organizers, and business partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee event preparation, including logistics, manpower, booth setup, permits, and other operational requirements.
• Supervise Beauty Advisors and promoters to ensure excellent execution and achievement of sales targets.
• Monitor project timelines and post-event performance, and prepare regular reports and evaluations.
• Identify new activation opportunities and build partnerships with local communities, schools, universities, and tourism partners.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, activation planning, or event execution.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Pharmacy, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Familiar with hospitality and tourism event is preferable
• Strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Active on social media with experience in event coordination and management.
• Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
