Progress Advisor

Role Description

We are seeking a Progress Advisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Sukabumi. The Progress Advisor will be responsible for supporting students in their learning journeys, assessing and tracking their progress, and providing tailored guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their language goals. The role includes regular communication with students and their families, collaborating with teaching staff to address learners needs, and maintaining accurate and detailed progress reports to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support and motivate students and engage with their families.
• Organizational skills to manage student schedules, track progression, and maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify students learning challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with educational or language learning programs, including understanding of evaluation methods and progress assessment frameworks.
• A passion for education, cultural understanding, and creating a positive learning environment.
• Relevant experience in education, counseling, or training is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experienced in Sales is a plus
