Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full program execution (promotion → delivery → closing)
- Ensure everything is prepared on time (materials, logistics, schedules, communication with coaches)
- Track tasks and deadlines
- Solve day-to-day problems without escalating everything
- Coordinate with internal team and coaches
- Anticipate issues and prevent problems before they happen
- Ensure a smooth and professional program experience
- Adapt to workload peaks (including weekends or key moments)

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
