About the Role
Reports to Regional General Manager. Program Managers successfully manage programs from start to completion; is responsible for partnering with the internal team (sales, engineering, operations, new business and finance) to ensure that work is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget. Jointly responsible for the P&L for the programme with the Account Manager with primary responsibility for development costs. The Program Manager plays a major role in developing and shaping programs, managing and building long-term client relationships and understanding the big picture in business. The Program Manager is the chief operating officer of the team and makes sure the team member know what they need to do and when and how much time they have to do the work.
