Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of agency programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to assess and enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria.
- Monitor program performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Foster a culture of performance excellence within the team and across the organization.
- Mentor and guide team members in performance management best practices.
