About the Role
As a Program Management - Agent Activation, you will drive agent activation and early productivity through onboarding, engagement programs, and performance initiatives. Lead campaigns and contests to increase active agents, retention, and first-case achievement while optimizing activation outcomes through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and drive agent activation strategies for both new recruits and existing agents, partnering closely with HoRs, CAOs, ABDPs, and field leaders.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve activation programs (ECM, MDRT, Leads Management) covering the first 90 days of an agent's journey to improve activation, productivity, and first-year retention.
- Analyze the end-to-end activation funnel, including recruitment, licensing, training completion, first appointment, first submission, first issued case, and ongoing activity, and develop initiatives to reduce drop-off at each stage.
- Segment agents based on behavior, activity, productivity, and tenure to identify activation opportunities and deploy targeted interventions.
- Conduct regular analysis of activation trends, field feedback, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Benchmark agency activation practices against internal and external best practices and recommend enhancements to improve business performance.
- Manage activation projects and initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements::
- Min. bachelor's degree from any major.
- Min. 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, program management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in management consulting is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities, with a passion for people development and performance improvement.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
