About the Role
The Program Executive plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of client-focused programs, events, and strategic communication initiatives.
In 2026, this role will primarily support IEF's priority program: Indonesia Open Network (ION) Indonesia's Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiative designed to build open, interoperable, and inclusive digital ecosystems that empower MSMEs, financial institutions, government stakeholders, and technology innovators.
This role requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate program objectives into impactful execution and communication outputs. The candidate must demonstrate strong research capability, experience in handling international clients, and the ability to develop structured program documents. The Program Executive will directly support the Program Manager in advancing the Indonesia Open Network (ION) agenda as a national digital transformation initiative.
Job Description
Program Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of client-focused programs, events, roundtables, and campaigns under the Indonesia Open Network (ION) initiative.
- Support multi-stakeholder engagement involving government agencies, technology partners, financial institutions, embassies, and development organizations.
- Ensure smooth implementation of timelines, deliverables, and reporting structures.
Program Development & Documentation
- Develop and draft Concept Notes and detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for programs, high-level forums, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare structured program briefs, speaker briefing notes, and session outlines.
- Handle program-related administrative matters, documentation, and reporting, including preparation of accurate and timely Meeting Minutes (MoM).
- Maintain organized documentation archives for DPI-related initiatives.
Stakeholder & International Client Management
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and stakeholders, including international partners and institutions, under the supervision of the IEF Manager.
- Collaborate with embassies, multilateral organizations, private sector partners, and digital ecosystem stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging.
- Handle speaker and stakeholder logistics, including confirmations, briefing materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Communication & Media Support
- Planning social media workplan aligned with campaign objectives, in coordination with the IEF media team.
- Create basic visual materials and presentations using Canva.
- Draft articles, and internal reports to support strategic communication efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's (S1) degree in Communications, International Relations, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time work experience (excluding internships).
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong research ability and good understanding of digital technology, digital innovation, and digital transformation topics.
- Experience in handling international clients with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Canva for creating simple visual materials and presentations.
- Strong documentation skills (Concept Notes, ToR, MoM, reports).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and structured thinking.
