About BIASA
BIASA is a Bali-based luxury fashion and lifestyle company operating across retail, garment production and supporting business functions.
We are seeking a Junior Developer / Programmer to assist our Lead Programmer in maintaining, understanding and improving the company's existing internal systems.
This role requires someone who can study existing programs, understand their algorithms and business logic, troubleshoot problems and contribute reliable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Study and understand existing applications, system workflows, algorithms and database logic.
- Assist the Lead Programmer with system maintenance, troubleshooting and development.
- Maintain and improve backend applications and services using ASP.NET Core.
- Write, review, debug and optimize SQL Server queries and Stored Procedures.
- Translate written business requirements into clear technical tasks and system logic.
- Investigate system errors, data inconsistencies and performance issues.
- Document technical findings, system logic and completed changes.
Technical Skills and Essential Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant professional development experience.
- Practical working experience with ASP.NET Core.
- Practical working experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience writing, reviewing or debugging SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
- Ability to understand and work with an existing codebase and database structure.
- Ability to read and understand business requirement documents written in English.
- Python proficiency is preferred.
- ERP, retail, inventory, production or internal business-system experience is an advantage.
While professional experience in ASP.NET Core and SQL Server is strongly preferred, we place a high value on analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.
