Role:
Lead and manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring all content and all production things are executed efficiently on schedule, and aligned with creative and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, creative production, or related field.
- Proven experience leading production teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of content production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end production activities across content and projects.
- Develop production timelines, resource allocation, and project schedules.
- Manage production crew, talents, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure all productions are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Creative dan Project Manager teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor production budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify production risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain and improve production processes, documentation, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment and assets.
- Will lead : Production Assistant, Videographer, Editor, Graphic Designer and AI Editor.
- Experienced in working within a high-volume production environment on a monthly basis.

- On-time delivery rate of production projects.
- Production execution quality and error rate.
- Budget adherence and cost efficiency.
- Studio and production resource utilization.
- Team productivity and project completion rate.
- Stakeholder satisfaction (internal and client).
- Compliance with production SOPs and operational standards.
