Job Description

The Production Team Lead- Polymer will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Leader Team for Unit process Polymer solution production line
  • Responsible for first line leadership and coaching of work unit to meet production schedules with safety fist
  • Enforcing safety procedures and standard are followed, promoting safe working condition and reporting any safety concerns
  • Participates in product cost improvement; control quality and yields; plans production activities;
  • supports TPM activities and positive employee relations.
  • Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specification.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Min 4 experiences in production supervision and/or quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment in a related industry.
  • Have background or experience in the polymer product industry is a must
  • Strong knowledge of establishing right working procedure and implementation on the ground production processes
  • Strong in data analytics, Production and Manufacturing knowledge and
  • Fluent in English
