Production Supervisor

Note: Production Supervisor will be placed in our 1st plant, PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia - Malang.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in PMC weekly/monthly plans, lead or appoint teams to complete breakthrough work when facing difficulty.
2. Supervise production according to process requirements and operation instructions, follow quality status and production progress, handle emergencies, ensure quality, and deliver on time.
3. Responsible for managing the production area, creating a safe production atmosphere, creating a good 5S environment, working discipline, and strictly regulating employee work behavior.
4. Exploring problem points at the production site, analyzing, acting and making changes. improve product yield, production efficiency, and reduce production costs.
5. Regularly hold meetings with production line leaders, referring to production issues, production safety, employee management, cost management.

Qualifications

1. College Degree or above, Excellent English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing;
2. More than 3 years of experience in production team management, proficient in safety production knowledge, production process management, and quality management;
3. Have experiences in Manufacture Industry, Automation is more preferred;
4. Excellent learning ability, interpersonal skills, leadership and organizational skills;
5. Good at using excelwordppt and have knowledge of MES system data architecture.
