Production Supervisor

Today, we have helped 2000+ F&B businesses bring their food products to life and scale their operations.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to lead our production floor and make sure every order is produced efficiently, consistently, and according to our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management — turn daily orders into team schedules and targets, ensuring orders are completed on time and accurately documented for warehouse handover.
• Production Quality — ensure products meet specifications while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Machine & Productivity Management — oversee equipment, maintenance, troubleshooting, output, waste, rework, material usage, and downtime to keep production efficient.
• Team & Daily Operations — lead teams to meet targets and follow procedures.
• Process Improvement — identify operational gaps and continuously improve production processes, efficiency, and output.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with proven experience leading a team.
• Experience in food manufacturing, F&B production, or central kitchen operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning, productivity, quality control, and food safety.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple teams and coordinating across departments.
