PT WAHYU PRADANA BINAMULIA, a leading shrimp and seafood processing and export company based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, is seeking experienced professionals to join our production team. We are looking for candidates with strong operational expertise, excellent execution skills, and a proven ability to improve production performance while ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety, and export standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with established SOPs.
- Monitor and achieve daily production targets.
- Control productivity, yield, manpower utilization, and overall process efficiency.
- Ensure all production activities comply with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
- Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with QA/QC, PPIC, Warehouse, Engineering, and other related departments.
- Ensure the production area is fully prepared for internal and external audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in the shrimp and/or seafood processing industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes in export-oriented manufacturing facilities.
- Experienced in managing productivity, yield, manpower, production output, and target achievement.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, BRC, BAP, and other food safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage production teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Disciplined, decisive, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Willing to be based in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
