PT Royal Nutri Makmur is a company specializing in food ingredients and raw materials for the food industry, particularly bakery and pastry applications.

We provide a variety of ingredient solutions to support production and product development for businesses and food manufacturers. We are committed to maintaining product quality, production consistency, operational efficiency, and high standards of food safety and hygiene.

As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor who can effectively manage production processes and lead our production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise and ensure production processes run according to company targets and established standards.
2. Lead, organize, and coordinate the production team.
3. Ensure product quality meets established quality standards.
4. Monitor production efficiency and the use of raw materials and equipment.
5. Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, hygiene, and workplace safety within the production area.
6. Prepare production reports and coordinate with relevant departments.
7. Identify production issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Previous experience as a Production Supervisor is required; experience in the food or bakery industry will be an added advantage.
3. trong leadership and problem-solving skills.
4. Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
5. Able to work with targets and demonstrate good communication skills.
6. Willing to work actively in a production and operational environment.
