We are seeking a talented and dedicated
Production Supervisor to join our team at
PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in
Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Knowledge of TPS and TPM fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Injection Process
- Proficiency in microsoft office, adobe Illustrator and Corel
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
- Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily production schedules.
- Manage manpower planning (MP Planning) and control target achievement.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Ensure product quality complies with ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement in production processes.
- Lead Member
