We are seeking a talented and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara. Based in Cikarang Pusat Jawa Barat, this full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent


• 
  

  Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor

  
  


• Knowledge of TPS and TPM fundamentals.


• 
  

  Knowledge of Injection Process

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in microsoft office, adobe Illustrator and Corel

  
  


• 
  

  Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of APQP and PPAP documents (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Possess strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.

  
  

Job Description:

• 
  

  Manage and supervise daily production schedules.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage manpower planning (MP Planning) and control target achievement.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare daily and weekly reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure product quality complies with ISO 9001 and IATF standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and implement continuous improvement in production processes.

  
  

•
