Production Supervisor

FUNCTION

1. Responsible for the smooth production process issued, Planning, Process Control, Productivity Evaluation and Results, Records and Documentation, Periodic Maintenance, Human Resource Management and GMP Implementation.
2. Responsible to every safety issues on company and provide a solution to solved the issues.
3. Responsible to Fishbowl activities on BBTF related to Production Process Transactions and updates needed for other departments.

DISCRIPTION OF TASKS

1. Responsible for the suitability of the production process with planned or scheduled planning.
2. Responsible for Production targets achievements.
3. Create Working Instruction related to the process carried out by the production department.
4. Ensuring the production process runs in accordance with the SOP and Working Instruction that are available.
5. Monitoring the smooth running of the production process, related to manpower availability, readiness of machineries and equipment, and material supply completeness.
6. Control the running process and evaluate the process that has been carried out.
7. Coordinate with Warehouse & Procurement for material availability as the basis for determining Production Planning.
8. Coordinate with Maintenance Dept. related to line preparation and readiness, and periodical maintenances also.
9. Conduct performance review of the production team based on productivity and order compliance.
10. Make reports on the achievement of production regularly.
11. Maintain the stability of manpower discipline and ensure conducive conditions in the Production Department.
12. Recording and controlling the use of production materials on a daily basis.
13. Submitting request to Finance for production requirements on purchase payments to supporting production process.
14. Conduct transactions on Fishbowl related to production processes.
15. Review and update details on Fishbowl in line with company policies or changes.
16. Coordination with Procurement and Warehouse Dept. related to Fishbowl update and changes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Certification : GMP, HACCP, SAFETY, BRC
3. Experience : Min 5 years in food manufacturing
