The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient manufacturing by troubleshooting issues, managing daily operations, and leading production teams to consistently deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises daily manufacturing operations and leads production teams to achieve output, efficiency, and performance targets in line with world-class food manufacturing standards.
- Ensures operational excellence in Food Safety, Hygiene, GMP, and Quality through strong oversight, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Drives TPM, Kaizen, OEE, and standardized work practices, while building capability and maintaining collaboration across Production, Engineering, and Quality to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Science, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in Food Manufacturing (MNC preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-development skills
- Experience in TPM, Lean/Kaizen, OEE, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000
- Able to use SAP or similar systems
- Proficiency in English is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proactive, independent, and strong ownership mindset
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
